Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, sign in using the email address associated with your order and submit a return request through your customer account.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending your package back to us. A $5 flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at nandanie@nandanie.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Return shipping fees will not apply to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Final Sale

Items in our Shop Sale collection and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different style, please return your original item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order for the item you prefer.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method, less the $5 return shipping fee where applicable, within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
